We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help build and maintain relationships with our highly valued customers. You will be the point person to ensure our clients have the best possible experience working with ThermoAI, whether it means answering their technical questions, presenting quarterly reports on emissions reductions, or going above and beyond with a thoughtful gift. The primary responsibility in this role is to constantly show customers how much we value and appreciate their business!
